Tim Hudson's tenure with the Atlanta Braves seems to have come to an end, as is reporting that the veteran pitcher is close to a deal with the San Francisco Giants.

Hudson's imminent contract with the Giants is reportedly worth $23 million over two years and comes after an injury-shortened final season in Atlanta that saw him go 8-7 with a 3.97 ERA. Hudson's season was ended July 24 when Eric Young, Jr. accidentally stepped on and broke is ankle on a play at first base at Citi Field.

Hudson has a career 205-111 record in 15 MLB seasons. Nine of those seasons were spent with the Braves, during which he put together a 113-72 record with a 3.56 ERA. Huddy is also a three-time All-Star.
