In two entirely different sides of the spectrum, Milwaukee Brewers outfielder Carlos Gomez has apologized via Twitter for his actions that nearly led to an enormous fight with the Atlanta Braves on Wednesday. Oakland A's pitcher Brett Anderson, on the other hand, attempted to troll the Braves and their fans but failed miserably in the process.

Gomez posted about a half dozen apologetic tweets, and even though they sounded a little canned, they at least covered everyone.

In another vein, Anderson attempted to troll the Braves by comparing them to the old TV show, Reno 911.

Anderson went on to insult certain Braves fans and pointed out the fact that they would never pitch in the big leagues before deleting said tweets and posting this gem.

Correction, Mr. Anderson. Braves fans are the best trolls. Pick your battles more wisely, especially when your ERA is over six.
