Atlanta Braves outfielder Justin Upton has exited Tuesday's game in the fourth inning after fouling a ball off his right knee.

Upton fouled a 2-2 fastball from Miami Marlins pitcher Tom Koehler off his back leg before drawing a two-out walk on a full count. Showing obvious discomfort, Upton was checked out by head trainer Jeff Porter before leaving the game.

B.J. Upton came in as a pinch-runner for Justin and stayed to play center field, moving Jordan Schafer to right.

Justin Upton went 1-for-2 with a walk and a run scored before leaving the game.
