Chris Johnson gave the Atlanta Braves a 3-2 in the bottom of the ninth Wednesday over the Cleveland Indians with his first career walk-off hit. Have a look at the video.

Johnson singled off Joe Smith to left field to drive in Jordan Schafer from second. Michael Brantley made a strong throw to the plate, but it wasn't in time.

The hit brought Johnson, who has recently been scuffling at the plate a little, up to a .329 mark.

The Braves became the first Major League team to reach 80 wins; their 46-18 home record is the best in baseball.
