After he hit a home run and a single in Tuesday's minor league rehab game, the Atlanta Braves have activated Dan Uggla from the disabled list and optioned Todd Cunningham to Triple-A Gwinnett.

Uggla went 2-for-7 with four strikeouts in two games with Gwinnett in his first action since LASIK surgery a couple weeks ago. He went on the DL with a .186 average and 146 strikeouts in 112 games.

Cunningham will head back to Gwinnett. He went 2-for-8 in eight games, striking out in his last three at-bats.

Uggla is slated to hit sixth for the Braves against the Cleveland Indians on Wednesday.
