The Atlanta Braves and their medical staff will meet with Dr. James Andrews about Brandon Beachy's sore elbow on Tuesday, Mark Bowman tweets. Bowman says the fact that Andrews didn't go ahead and tell the Braves what was happening on Monday is a good sign.
The Braves will not have a Beachy update until Andrews talks to their medical staff tomorrow. The fact they're waiting seems encouraging

The Braves were forced to put Beachy back on the disabled list just five starts into his Tommy John surgery comeback. Several of his final fastballs on Aug. 20 failed to register even 85 miles per hour, and Beachy complained about elbow discomfort afterward, leading to his visit with Andrews on Monday.
Beachy has gone 2-1 with a 4.50 ERA and 23 strikeouts in 30 innings this season.
