Atlanta police say the man died after a 65-foot fall just after 8:30 p.m., while the Braves and Phillies were in a rain delay.
"There was an accident earlier tonight at Turner Field with a spectator falling from the upper level," the team said in a statement. "The spectator has been transported to the hospital. The Atlanta Police Department are investigating and we refer all media inquiries to them at this time."
Paramedics took the man to the Atlanta Medical Center, where he later died.
The cause of the fall has yet to be determined.
