The nightmare 24 hours just got worse for the Atlanta Braves outfield. Justin Upton left Friday's game at Turner Field with a strained left calf, @Braves says he'll be checked out again on Saturday.

Upton pulled up lame while legging out a groundball in the seventh inning. He is the third Braves starting outfielder to be injured in the last 24 hours after Jason Heyward left Thursday's game with a hamstring injury and B.J. Upton left the first inning of Friday's game with an adductor muscle strain.

Upton entered Friday with a .319 July average after struggling through May and June.
