In order to atone for what the Atlanta Braves called a "less than ideal Braves baseball experience," the club has offered a steep discount for 18 games in the second half of the season.

The Braves apologized for the conditions of June 17's win against the New York Mets, mainly due to the rain delay that lasted 3 hours and 43 minutes. The game started at 10:54 p.m. and didn't end until 1:22 a.m.

June 17 ticket holders can take their ticket to the Turner Field box office to purchase $5 tickets for the Field View, Terrace View, Outfield, Club Pavilion, or Upper Box sections for one of 18 second half games.

The selected games run from late July through the end of September. More information is available at braves.com.
