Loading ...Atlanta Braves third baseman Chipper Jones kept Fredi Gonzalez up all night on Saturday, and Gonzalez blames it on Chipper's new Twitter account.
After Saturday's game win over the Philadelphia Phillies in which Mike Minor recorded a win off an eight-inning outing, Jones tweeted from @RealCJ10, "'Wow Mikey Minor! Hats off to Blanton too. They were dealing. 4 game streak since I got on the twitta. Got a date wit the Doc tmrw. Go Bravos.''
Gonzalez thought that Jones wasn't telling him something about an appointment regarding his knee problems and had trouble sleeping, reports foxsports.com.
It was only later that Gonzalez realized that Chipper was referring to Roy Halladay, who goes by the nickname "Doc," who started against the Braves Sunday.
