Loading ...Atlanta Braves reliever Jonny Venters threw a perfect inning for Triple-A Gwinnett Friday in the first of his scheduled two rehab appearances, ajc.com reports.
Venters needed only six pitches, five strikes, to induce two flyouts and a groundout. He is scheduled to pitch again Sunday.
If all goes according to plan, Venters should be activated from the DL on Tuesday or Wednesday against the Miami Marlins
