As Hurricane Irene plows her way up the East Coast, the Atlanta Braves and New York Mets have postponed Saturday and Sunday's games at Citi Field.

The games will be made up on Sept. 8 in the form of  doubleheader, with the Braves utilizing the off day between a series with the Philadelphia Phillies ending Sept. 7 and the beginning of a series in St. Louis against the Cardinals Sept. 9.

Friday night's game is still scheduled to be played at 7:10 EDT.
